Salty little BLUE cheese buns that will have your mouth watering for more. The amounts are easy to vary
for a smaller dish and fewer people. Passed on to us by Andrea Gailus, bed and breakfast hostess in
8 oz. wedge blue cheese (approx. 1 cup [250mL]) 250 g
1/2 cup melted butter 125 mL
12 oz. pkg. refrigerator buns (10 buns) 340 g
1. Grease or spray a 10” (25 cm) round casserole or a 9” (23 cm) square baking dish.
2. Crumble the blue cheese over the bottom of the dish. Pour the butter evenly over the cheese.
3. Cut each bun in quarters and layer them evenly over the cheese. Bake in a preheated 350° F
(180° C) oven for 20 minutes (they will rise in the oven). Serve immediately.
